Struttura datata con bisogno urgente di manutenzione , L'unica cosa positiva era il materasso, abbiamo dormito bene .Anche la posizione dell'hotel e' perfetta è proprio nel centro di Volterra , peccato che sia così trascurato perché in passato doveva essere un gran bell'albergo . Prezzo troppo alto per come è messo ora

Albergo in pieno centro ristrutturato da poco ci siamo trovati veramente bene personale gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la pulizia. La nostra camera in più aveva un bagno molto grande con una doccia bellissima.

FORSE NON ERA LA GIORNATA GIUSTA ?

Nell'ordine: Ci danno le chiavi di un'altra camera già occupata, ci mettono in una camera mini con 1 letto, 1 armadio a muro e 1 tavolino con una sedia. Stop. Fuori dalla ns camera giacciono ancora i resti del lavoro dell'elettricista compresa la scala al muro. La televisione è inesistente: non funziona. Chiediamo almeno un comodino, ci arriva un altro tavolino. Il ragazzo alla reception capisce i disagi e si prodiga in 4. Ma la situazione è poco buona, il clima in generale è di grave disorganizzazione e poca esperienza. La mattina alla colazione per poter avere un caffè macchiato freddo ci sono volute diverse specifiche richieste. Tra cui la più esemplare: scusi il latte a parte dove è? risposta: ma il latte l'ho già messo io nel caffe ???? ma perchè ? per non avere altro da portare al tavolo ??? il costo della camera non è indifferente dato l'inesistente confort e servizio non offerto. La sera scendiamo per avere 2 bottiglie d'acqua: nessuno al bar, nessuno alla reception. Niente. Non è giornata. La responsabile dell'Hotel rivela un atteggiamento poco propenso all'empatia con il cliente. Pare interessata ad altre cose.....e quando la coda al check-out era imbarazzante dato il locale minuscolo della reception, alza pure la voce. Invece di essere d'aiuto.

The hotel itself was fine. The night manager - Marco - was wonderful. He is interested in Etruscan culture and directed me to some very interesting sites. My only complaint - the rooms face a square where motorcyclists park. It was noisy until late at night, and closing the window was not a great option - no AC!

I made a mistake when choosing that hotel

Hotel ideally located. But that's all he has to offer. It is an old hotel with no charm, no real confort. Also, WiFi was not working and it was full with a group of young travelers making a lot of noise and shouting in the evening and morning. But this is just bad timing/bad luck.

La struttura è datata, piacevole trovarsi in un antico palazzo per quanto riguarda le zone comuni. Non lo è altrettanto nelle camere obsolete anche negli impianti. Molto simpatica e gentile la signora trovata al mattino.

COMODO. Albergo interessante vicino al parcheggio

Albergo interessante comodo è in centro e vicino al parcheggio e visto che è isola pedonale la vicinanza non è poco per caricare e scaricare la macchina dai bagagli. Camere senza infamia e senza gloria discretamente pulite anche il bagno unico pecca il materasso che forse era consumato in quanto si sentivano le molle!!!! Non è stato possibile fare la mezza pensione forse perchè ancora è bassa stagione ma forse meglio così ci è servito per uscire la sera!!!!

Grazioso albergo centralissimo

Tutto molto piacevole e rilassante. Volterra è bellissima “città di vento e di macigno”: si consiglia di leggere, prima, il “Forse che si forse che no” di Gabriele D’Annunzio.
