"I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Fantastic location on West Lake right near temples. Studio apartment was very comfortable and had a great supply of kitchenware, lots of storage and a good strong shower. Alice at Reception was amazing and bought me water and fresh towels even though I only stayed 2 nights. I would 100% recommend and would return myself when next in Hanoi. Thanks"

"Everything was great, host very friendly."

"My room has no lake view and face the street, lot of noise from bar nearby all night long, request room with lake view to avoid the problem. Walking distance to the west lake, 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants, breakfast is ok (you can order from menu for free), only there for a night so no comment on gym & pool, bed is superb, pillows are soft, AC work well, shower is good although if you use shower in tub be caution that floor will be wet and slippery. "The accommodation is perfect for what I wanted for my short stay in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful with guiding me how to get there. The room is clean and equipped with basic amenities like an induction, microwave, kettle etc. enough for you to make a quick light meal. I will definitely stay there again if travelling back to the area."
