"Die Zimmer werden während der Saison sehr spät gereinigt. Als ich morgens um 9 Uhr das Zimmer verließ, um schwimmen zu gehen, war das Zimmer um 17 Uhr abends immer noch nicht gereinigt. Der Service sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein, die Minibar sollte für eine Person sein und nur am ersten Tag kostenlos sein."

The hotel’s general manager, Mr. Hüseyin, was an outstanding host, and his team provided impeccable service throughout our stay. Nestled in the serene beauty of İğneada on the Black Sea coast, this place is truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed every moment and left with unforgettable memories."

"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes. "

"Written with respect to modest tarrif charged. Hotel has seen better days many years ago though it met our needs for 2 evenings. 100 metre walk to main street facilities but was quiet with windows closed. Good air-conditioning, comfortable bed iand everything worked sometimes with encouragement. Helpful staff with all requests and eager to assist in need."
