Hotel bonito, bem cuidado, com vistas incríveis, muito limpo, com vários serviços disponíveis. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. A piscina é muito bonita, podia ser só um pouco aquecida porque a água é gelada.

Esperaba algo más, la verdad. La situación es buena, las habitaciones son grandes, aunque nos dieron una en el rincón y sin terraza y el ambiente general es agradable, salvo cuando comienzas a usar servicios comunes. La piscina es pequeña y está en otro edificio, el desayuno es de calidad insuficiente en muchos aspectos, el parking subterráneo es una pesadilla de columnas donde cada maniobra requiere varios intentos... el ambiente general no resulta particularmente exclusivo.

No vayas a este hotel el personal es inhumano.

El personal es lo más antipático que te puedes echar a la cara, son como robots programados, te tratan como a un número, no como a un cliente. Es una pena dado el hotel en general y la ubicación. Yo recomiendo el hotel Ego, un trato humano y como si estuvieses en casa. Probé para ver y me arrepiento, no volveré en la vida y por supuesto no lo recomendare, todo lo contrario.

Hotel is not worth the 4* category, taking into consideration the poor service provided by front desk staff, breakfast is below acceptable level - milk served is made from powdered milk, horrible coffee (pre-made). Only good thing, the hotel rooms are ample and gorgeous seaview...parking is mentioned in listing as Free but it's not...charged for basement parking
