"Friendly staffs who are eager to please. Suitable accommodation for those who drive and probably not for first timer visitors who want to see the historical sights in the city. The bus trip to Train station is about 20 mins and it takes another 20 mins by train to the city centre. Buses ran hourly over weekends through midnight and very easy to navigate. A great value for money stay."

The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. (We didn't even hear the trains in our rooms.) It also makes the price unbeatable. Our two bedroom suite (three beds with fans) was clean and comfortable. "A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau."
