"I traveled with my elderly mom who uses a walker. The staff was extremely accommodating, professional, helpful and most of all genuinely friendly. From the moment we walked in, til the time we left, everyone made us feel welcome and it truly makes all the difference in the world. Loved the fact that it has its own private beach. Only downside no shows or entertainment other than the casino. Hopefully there will be shows in the future because we definitely want to go back."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is rundown and the price was rediculous considering the quality of the room. This hotel should be marketed for single one night travelers. I unfortunately subjected my family to this hotel. They stated they had a restaurant, which is a small cafe that did not have any night time service! I would never stay here again. There isn't anything within walking distance and the area is dark and appears to be unsafe. I do not think this hotel should be...

"I arrived on a late flight and the host was communicative on arrival. Less than 10 minutes to the airport. I had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close. The space is clean, spacious, has all needed amenities, hot water and a very comfortable bed."

"This hotel is located on a great beach with fine white sand.
There were plastic table and chairs but no sun loungers.
They put me in a ground floor room and when I asked for a second floor room they said there were none available which I doubt. I was the only person at breakfast which was tasty.
There was a huge dead cockroach in the hall outside my room in the morning.
The pool was rather small and didn't look appealing at all.
The biggest detractor was the blaring music which went all day...

"El hotel es muy lindo , es un hotel nuevo, es notable, limpio y buenas condiciones, el servicio 4/10 , porque no sabían lo que estaban haciendo , la recepcionista se portó bien, pero tampoco tenía la información adecuada sobre la reserva, el camarero y bartender muy atentos conmigo.

"Stayed here for four days. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool and lounge area were great. The gym was nice. There is a Bravo grocery store within walking distance.
