"We booked a room (last room in the corner) for two days. Traveled w family and a service dog (staff will ask for proof of service animal). They said they needed the proof so they can "have on file and insurance purposes". The room we stayed in needs major work; vinyl flooring coming apart, curtains are ripped up, the drawers are broken falling apart, stains galore, dirty microwave with melted food, toilet wouldn't flush, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. "

"Basic but comfortable overnight stay. Room was fine, clean and what we needed. Breakfast was crowded but plenty of food. Dont know why they need to charge for parking as we didn't see any security, cameras, etc. Just felt like an extra charge with no benefit for us. Staff were nice and quick to help."

"We searched around the area for a hotel that was going to be clean and safe. The location was safe, but when we got out of the car, there were a few people smoking cigarettes out front and kids running around the lobby. The front automatic doors were scratched up invisible from the outside, the elevator was dirty, and the carpet on the way to the room was dirty as well. Breakfast was a little hectic, but I understand that magic Mountain is right there too."
