"I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms...

"Great property within walking distance of the square. Room was large and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. I was concerned at first that rooms have outside corridors but the area felt very safe. To note there are no elevators so you have to carry bags up stairs "
"Best deal for the price in the area. The only downside is that second floor rooms have no elevator access so if climbing stairs with your luggage might be a challenge, make sure to ask fir a ground floor room. "
"The entire experience was seamless. Every interaction was positive. We had booked two rooms and made a few calls prior to arrival. Pearl was so courteous and helpful as well Damian. Upon our check-in, Maurice greeted us with a smile and was very professional. A true asset and representative of excellent customer service. The breakfast options were great! Upon check-out, once again a positive end to our stay with Kyle. We highly recommend this property 😊"
"One of the best experiences in Napa and elsewhere. Impeccable property in a nice quiet location and with quick access to everything in Napa Valley. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Great breakfast and early evening wine tasting. Extremely well managed and staff is exceptional. This is tops on our list when visiting Napa. "
"The staff was very kind. The hotel was very easy to get to . The breakfast was great in the morning. The only complaint I had would be the Plugins between the beds for your charging would not hold the charger. They were loose The alarm clock was also very crazy it was not working properly."
