Many items missing from kitchen, but the necessary were provided on asking [nice!]. The advertised coffee maker was not in the room [or any room, we were told]. The couch was quite stained and ugh, but dining table and chairs were good. It was fine for last-minute-found/stay.

Clean and spatious among senior citizens

Hard to find, it is actually in an old people service flat building. Checking is at the reception while you can hear the bingo numbers :) Have to say once that is done, the appartment is clean, new and spatious. No dish washer or airco though.

Details were emailed in French from the site. Speak only English. Couldn’t find entrance, but figured out had to enter through the senior housing entrance. Apartment size was good, but we were in the halls with the seniors living in the nursing home setting. Toilet closet smelled like piss and the shower room smelled like fish. Only provided 3 towels for 4 people. Only provided a sheet on the beds. No blankets.

Interessante und ruhige Unterkunft

Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Kurtaxe, die wir bezahlen mussten war fast das doppelt von dem, was auf der hotels.com-Seite angegeben war. In der Einrichtung haben wir keine Möglichkeit gefunden Getränke oder anderen Kleinkram zu kaufen und wegen des Wochentages (Sonntag) auch nicht in der Umgebung. Das Geschirr war sehr mangelhaft ( nur ein Frühstücksteller, ein Löffel und das ganze Besteck und Geschirr schmutzig (geklebter Salat,...), so dass wir selbst erst um ein Spülmittel bitten und dann das ganze Geschirr und Besteck spülen mussten. Pesonal war sehr freundlich

Dommage

Nous sommes déjà venu en famille en 2022 mais c'était en hiver. L'absence de clim avec une température a l'intérieur de la chambre à 30 degrés à été un peu compliqué et la nuit était de ce fait peu confortable avec un bebe de 2 ans. La douche s'écoulait dans la pièce malgré toutes nos stratégie pour l'empêcher et le réfrigérateur avait plusieurs centimètres de givre. Le cendrier était plein de mégots de cigares sur le balcon et le ménage est fait ( sauf sous les coussins du canapé) mais globalement l'appartement n'est pas bien entretenu. Dommage parce que c'est un endroit agréable abordable et le personnel est charmant. Nous ne savons pas si nous reviendrons dans cet établissement.

Die Seniorenunterkunft hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Es war absolut ruhig dort. Das Zimmer war mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Das einzige kleine Manko war das dürftige Frühstück. Auf das Frühstück würden wir nächste mal verzichten.

C'est une résidence sénior... les lits sont des lits simple très inconfortables, Très difficile à trouver au gps et mal indiqué en façade. Serviette de bain trouée, toilettes avec signe de moisi. Sinon propreté ok, personnel agréable. Mais le concept est vraiment à fuir.

Très belle chambre, très spacieuse et propre. Un grand salon et une chambre séparée, endroit très calme. Coin cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut et le prix est très raisonnable. Lieu original, c'est un appartement hôtel situé dans une maison de retraite. Seul petit bémol, l'endroit est très difficile à trouver malgré les indications, il faudrait mettre une petite pancarte à l'extérieur. Le personnel est très sympathique

Chambre dans résidence sénior

J'ai séjourné deux nuits dans cet "hôtel". Les chambres sont situées dans une résidence sénior, mais c'est calme ce n'est pas gênant. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Ma chambre était propre mais sans charme, froide. Le petit déjeuner est très très simple. Je ne le recommande pas vraiment. Le logement était spacieux, propre et calme.

Nettes Appartement in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von Avignon. Unbedingt die Wegbeschreibung des Hotels beachten, sonst ist es etwas schwierig zu finden. Mit dem Bus fährt man für 1,40 € ins Zentrum von Avignon, das haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Empfang an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche könnte ein paar Teller und Tassen mehr vertragen, aber wir sind zurecht gekommen. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Bad, das hätte eine Grundreinigung dringend nötig. Alles in allem aber absolut für ein paar Tage zu empfehlen (auch mit Kleinkind).

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ho capito come è possibile ma gli appartamenti sono all'interno di una casa di riposo... Però siamo stati bene. Villeneuve les Avignon merita una visita. Avignon è vicinissima,Pont du Gard a mezz'oretta di auto. aveue passi c'è un centro commerciale. Manca l'asciugacapelli e non di più fare il proprio bucato. Appartamento grande. Consigliato
