Beautiful property!

We loved our stay at Maison Orsini! Our host was so kind and helpful. The view from the room is stunning and breakfast was fresh, local, and delicious. We were able to walk to downtown Avignon with a baby stroller.

Best stay!

Amazing stay! The best location. The grounds were unbelievable and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the garden pool, the view at night, and breakfast wash day. Falco was always there to help.

Hidden gem

A real pearl! Nice rooms and surroundings, great views to the Palais des Papes and Mont Ventoux! Falco is very welcoming host! We will definitely recommend to stay here although it is on the other side of the river from Avignon.

One of the best places I have stayed at in Europe! If you want a relaxing stay in an authentic, picturesque quaint French village, Maison Orsini is must! We had the best time ever! Amazing accomodation, views , gardens and pool we pretty much had to ourselves! This is a place I could return to many times! Thank you to our wonderful host!

This was by far our favorite stay on our trip to France. We traveled with two adults and two young adult children. We stayed in the family suite which was perfect for us. The ambiance of the house was wonderful! Folco was an exceptional host. I would highly recommend staying here if you are anywhere close by. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is very unique - in an old cardinal's residence located in Villeneuve just west across the river from Avignon. Despite being in a substantial old stone building full of character, the rooms were very comfortable, clean, etc. The hotel also has a beautiful garden area with terrace overlooking the river. Parking is on the street next to the hotel, but very safe. The staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful, provided dining recommendations and introduced us to Villeneuve, which is the wonderful neighborhood where the hotel is located. We were very happy to stay outside the busy town of Avignon. We also visited Pont du Gard after checkout, so the hotel's location just west of Avignon made driving there much easier. We would return to the hotel for any future stays in Avignon.

This is a gorgeous location with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings. They endured my (not so great) French, so I could practice, with unbelievable grace and charm. Folco was a hero. The breakfasts were a wonderful addition.

A perfect host to a very unusual property. Our apartment was clean with modern fixtures in a very old building. Breakfast was good and setting amazing in 14th century house. Villeneuve les Avignon a lovely small town with plenty of restaurants. Much calmer than main town over the river.

The suite was beautiful, the views were spectacular of Avignon which we enjoyed breakfast to. The service was great and the host was super lovely and is on site 24/7 to assist with anything you need. We would definitely stay again. Perfect for anyone’s stay.
