"Room was great! Always clean and restocked with grab towels, beer, water! Staff at every bar was so friendly and helped out! Food was great. Never had a bad meal anywhere. Sometimes the main course portions are a little small but just order an appetizer or soup and you’re good. They cater to you when booking through Expedia compared to other companies. You get a different colour wristband and they know to look after you. I honestly wouldn’t book through another company knowing that. "

We were also assigned our own concierge team, Dave and Cielo, and they were outstanding. Whatever we needed, they handled it—from answering questions to booking our restaurant reservations. Jesús at the front desk was also extremely accommodating with reservations. They made the entire trip stress-free. The buffet and restaurants were spotless, and the staff in both the dining area and the kitchen were generous, attentive, and truly dedicated to great service.
