Clean room but not convenient

Check-in was instructions by phone which way unexpected as we were traveling abroad. Had we not expanded our cell plan to include international, we would have really struggled and may not have gotten in. Despite our best efforts, the A/C blew hot air. Thankfully, it was a cool day/evening and we kept the window open. Very small town, most things were not open on Sunday so we would up driving to another town to eat dinner. Had we known, probably would have stayed elsewhere that was more convenient for walking. The courtyard looked set up for a recent wedding and was covered with paper napkins. While we didn't use the courtyard, this was a little turnoff.

Beautiful charming place , a big surprise hidden in a residential street, oasis of peace with a little beautiful garden with swimming pool. Spacious very beautiful decorated rooms!

Welcome to a abbandon partycentrum, oké the room is ok, but the rest not. No host, no breakfast, no restaurant, no information, so abbandon. Problem with the entrance, control airco not working and solved after two days. So the information on the site is misleading.

This was a most unpleasant experience. Little or no instructions on check-in , facilities, availability of breakfast etc. No one around except a disinterested housekeeper. The help line provided was at first not answered and when it was the staff were not interested in helping with such things as telling us about breakfast or finding a corkscrew . Don’t stay here unless you are a mind reader. The rooms are spartan. No bottled water despite indicating there would be. Too bad because the place looks like it could be spectacular.

Un Accueil sans sourire, expéditif, limite nous la dérangions. Petit déjeuner de 9h30 à 11h je n’avais jamais vu ça. Cette même personne, le lendemain, nous a clairement ignoré sauf au moment de régler la facture avec un tarif de petit dej. allant de 20€ pour finir à 7,5€. L’hôtel est sympa, avec piscine mais le personnel de l’accueil est désagréable !!

Lo bueno, el pueblo: - El pueblo de Villarejo de Salvanés es, y como otros en España un lugar magífico en donde podrás pasar unos dias tranquilos. - Buenos restaurantes y bares para desayunar, almorzar o cenar. - Fácil para estacionartu vehículo. - Múltiples comercios, como lavanderia automática, farmacia, tienda de comestibles entre otros. - Si te gusta la historia de España y la Península Ibérica encontrarás a Villarejo de Salvanés muy interesante para estudiar. - Y sin dudar su gente, personas a quienes estaré agradecido por el buen rato que pasé en su tierra. Lo NO tan bueno: Las Bodegas de Quintín es un lugar soberbio para hospedarse y lo recomiendo, sin embargo para mi fue FRUSTRANTE el sistema del aire acondicionado ya que el mismo siempre estuvo "seteado" en posición de calor y no hubo manera que ajustarlo a frio, hablé con alguien quien comentó que lo arreglaría ese día y eso no sucedió. Como resultado, tuve que pasar las 4 noches con el a/a apagado abriendo las puertas del balcón de par en par con todo lo que eso trae: ruidos de los vecinos, sonido de los autos, insectos, perros ladrando en fin... nada agradable y fue difícil conciliar el sueño.

El hotel está muy bien pero el tipo de habitación que nos dieron inicialmente no coincidía con la que nos dieron. Al pedir el cambio a lo contratado, se quejaron porque el coste de la otra habitación era superior (a pesar de estar el hotel vacío) y culparon a hoteles.com del problema (incluso llegaron a decir que la conversación mantenida con el alojamiento a través de esta plataforma la había contestado personal de hoteles.com en nombre del alojamiento). Al final lo solucionaron y nos dieron la habitación contratada, pero fue desagradable tener que vivir esta situación.

Encantados con la estancia

Hotel con encanto de trato familiar. Muy buenas instalaciones.Cuenta con zonas verdes y piscina para el verano. La habitación muy amplia y confortable,decorada con gusto. El baño en buen estado, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Nos ha gustado mucho la estancia. Repetiríamos.
