Hotel bien situé, avec chambre vétuste, notamment la salle de bain, qui mériterait que l'on change la baignoire, vu l'état. Literie correcte. Hotel pas bien insonorisé, Possede une piscine intérieure que l'on a testée, mais beaucoup trop fraîche à notre goût, dommage.

Bien déçus...

Nous étions venus pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous avions en tête de nous faire plaisir et malheureusement l'hôtel a été la seule fausse note du séjour et pourtant à la vue des photos et étant donné le tarif (les tarifs sont variables, nous avons payé 160€ sans les petits déjeuners soit 188€ au total pour deux) nous étions confiants. L'odeur de cigarette dans le couloir peut gêner mais au final ce n'est pas le cas dans les chambres. La chambre, n'a quasiment aucune décoration, ni équipement (pas de bouteille d'eau, bouilloire...), Juste une petite TV. La literie quoique de bonne dimensions était dure. Nous nous sommes tous les deux réveillés en ayant mal au dos. Les portes très légères n'isolent pas du bruit du couloir jusqu'à la salle du petit déjeuner pourtant 1 étage plus bas. Heureusement, suite à ma demande l'hôtelier a coupé la musique et les voisins on été plutôt discrets durant la nuit. La salle de bain était ok. Le petit déjeuner vaut son prix. Lorsque j'ai fait part de ma déception auprès de Hôtels.com j'ai eu : - un service irréprochable de la part d'hôtels.com qui nous a proposé une compensation du fait du mauvais rapport qualité-prix de la nuit. - un hôtelier qui n'a pas apprécié et qui m'a expliqué qu'à part se gaver, hôtels.com ne faisait pas grand chose pour ses clients, mais qui n'a rien proposé à part de couper la musique. Un séjour décevant si vous venez pour passer un bon moment. Si c'est pour juste dormir c'est ok mais ça ne vaut pas le prix

Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel.

Nous nous sommes présentés à l'hôtel avec beaucoup d'avance (à midi au lieu de 16 heures). Le responsable de l'hôtel nous a permis de nous installer dans notre chambre car le ménage avait déjà été fait. Le soir nous avons dîné à l'hôtel (formule plat et dessert à 17 €) et nous nous sommes régalés. Le service était digne d'un palace (les trois jeunes serveurs ont été très soucieux de nous satisfaire pleinement). Le matin nous avons aussi pris notre petit déjeuner sur place : il y avait de tout et c'était excellent ! Finalement nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel qui, à priori, nous avait semblé un peu cher pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Seul bémol : il serait temps de rénover la salle de bains de notre chambre.

Nous sommes allés dans cet hotel en weekend et nous n'avons pas été déçus par le choix de cet établissement qui correspond à ce qu'on attendait tant par l'accueil que par les prestations.dommage cependant le restaurant était fermé à cette saison.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel qui est bien situé non loin du centre de villard et a dix minutes en voiture des pistes de ski . le propriétaire est très accueillant et le personnel aux petits soins,le restaurant sert une cuisine variée et raffinée,le petit déjeuner sous forme d'un buffet copieux . Nous nous sommes détendus a la piscine intérieure qui a ravi notre petite fille . Si nous revenons a Villard de Lans sans hésitation nous réserverons cet hôtel .
