Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning. We enjoyed the free food at the lounge for breakfast and throughout the day. The pool was amazing. We walked to a breakfast cafe a couple blocks away, walked to dinner one evening. "The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....
