Convenient hotel and friendly staff

We looked for a hotel in the area for an overnight stay as part of our family European road trip. The hotel has free onsite parking which was quite useful. We were greeted by friendly reception staff. The pool was also lovely for the kids to cool down on hot summer’s day. The bathroom could do with an update as the shower door was slightly broken but we only stayed for one night so it did not bother me too much.

4 stelle? Terribile

Incredibile come possa avere 4 stelle questo hotel vecchio e trasandato. La nostra era una camera per 4 abbastanza grande ma con l'aspetto di un dormitorio. Muri macchiati, TV piccola e vecchia e letti molto scomodi. Le coperte di lana marrone non sono proprio più proponibili! La doccia non scaricava bene e l'acqua del wc era marrone. Colazione scarsa e poco varia. Le brioches erano buone. Dispiace perché il personale è gentilissimo.

Ottima posizione per una giornata di sci infrasettimanale. Albergo situato a meno di mezz’ora da Artesina e Prato Nevoso, comodissimo, estremamente pulito e curato, colazione splendida con prodotti casalinghi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Für Urlaub gut, als Reisende nicht geeignet

Für Urlaub zu empfehlen: Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber, das Hotel schön renoviert, der Pool bringt Abkühlung. Das Restaurant hat sehr gutes Essen mit eigenen Produkten! Der Empfang und die Bedienung super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Für Reisende nicht empfohlen: Wer wie ich auf der Reise ist und die Unterkunft für Wäscheservice und zur Datennutzung verwenden möchte wird hier nicht glücklich. Das WLAN ist sehr, sehr langsam, Strom ist nur mit Schlüsselkarte im Zimmer möglich (kein Aufladen der Geräte beim Ausflug), Wäscheservice kostet stolze € 20!

Attention si vous voyagez avec des enfants : au check in de cet hotel, rien ne nous est signalé. De plus, dans les conditions à la réservation rien n’est indiquée non plus sur un supplément. Nous voyageons avec une enfant de 3 ans. Au check out, la gérante de l’hotel nous demande 10 euros pour l’enfant et bizarrement il est impossible de payer en carte ou de se voir délivrer un reçu ! En Italie cela s’appelle le piso ! Par ailleurs petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix. Chambre sans possibilité d’éteindre la clim Hotel à éviter absolument !

Idéale pour une halte surtout si vous êtes affamé

Très bon rapport qualité prix, service très sympa et surtout un resto qui propose un menu copieux pour un prix mini. Un petit bémol pour la taille de la piscine et surtout la pression de l'eau dans la chambre inexistante le matin.
