"Highly recommend this place. Get room 509! Beautiful balcony and view. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, tv remotes/box weren't functioning, and the phones didn't work in the rooms. The Panaroma on the first floor was fantastic! I was not expecting such great quality food and kind staff! Great place for special occasions. Parking was less than stellar, there's a parking lot to the left that has no in/out and its $40 a day."

"We liked the location of the hotel. The parking and unloading situation is very inconvenient. I didn’t receive anything beforehand to know you had to unload on a different street from the front door on Chestnut St. I asked for queen bed; I had two twin beds in room!"

"The location was excellent for doing tourist stuff. The staff was very attentive. The only gripes I have are that the AC in the room didn't seem to work properly. It was always stuffy when we came back to our room. There was no fan in the bathroom, which causes it to be very steamy and humid in the bathroom after showers. Lastly, the elevators took forever. There were only 3 working. Overall, though, it was lovely."
