Great stay

Beautiful hotel with great staff. A special mention to Joseph from Mexico who speaks great English and took care of my special dietary requirements.

Overall, good

Overall it was a good experience, the staff was great. The only thing is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated and there’s no lobby or common areas in this hotel.

Hotel Casa Arcas..........exellent!

We had the most wonderful stay here and I can't wait to go back! We loved everything about the hotel and the lovely owners. As we said the dinners were out of this world. Wonderful flavours! Our room had a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains so it was so nice to sit and relax and look at the birds. I highly recommend Hotel Casa Arcas!

An absolutely delightful hotel with exceptional food. Quiet and immaculately kept. Friendly management. Dinner was extraordinarily good to a very highest gourmet level. The best meal we had in Spain without doubt. Breakfast was excellent too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Splendide

Une belle surprise pour cet hôtel en bordure de route à côté d'une station service. Les chambres sont magnifiques , très calmes ( côté montagne)) et d'une grande propreté. Le personnel est très avenant et professionnel , la gérante parle français , c'est génial !! Le restaurant dévoile une cuisine raffinée, originale et subtile autant dans les goûts que dans les saveurs. Nous y retournerons , c'est sûr 👍

Lugar cálido y acogedor con una decoración muy cuidada, mobiliario en excelente estado (Destaquemos por ejemplo que los colchones son excelentes). Capítulo especial la comida, no puedo explicarlo, hay que ir y probarlo. La atención de Ainhoa y todo el equipo es exquisita, cercana y atenta pero sin el menor atisbo de peloteo, te hace sentir como en casa. Volveremos seguro Lo único que puede echar para atrás de primeras es la ubicación, pegado a la carretera y a una gasolinera.

Un hotel con mucho encanto. La decoración de toda la casa es muy bonita. Los trabajadores muy atentos y tanto la comida en el restaurante como los destinos, son impresionantes!!!! Muy buena calidad y diferente a lo habitual.

Cómodo hotel, en buena zona, muy buen servicio y muy buena comida. La propietaria Ainhoa, muy buena profesional y muy agradable y todo el personal en general, te hacen sentir muy a gusto. Te dejan ganas de volver allí.

An excellent surprise.

This was one of 2 hotels which were special during our touring holiday around the Pyrenees. Hotel Casa Arcas stands beside the main road to Benasque but don't let that put you off. The welcome was warm, the rooms spacious, clean & comfortable with views out of our windows onto the mountains. We ate in on a set menu freshly prepared by the owner. We were given local food which was delicious & new to us. It is good to try something so authentic. Breakfast was good too with fresh toast from local bread plus cheese & meats. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Would find it an excellent base for exploring the Pyrenees . Extremely good value.
