"Very nice área to camp, everything was super clean. Would go back anytime of the year"

"Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4."

"One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. "Our stay at the Rhinecliff Hotel was great! The view is amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed (hair dryer, steamer, extra towels, etc.). Checking in and out of the hotel was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Location in downtown Woodstock was great- parking was easy. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy a coffee. Rooms were very nice and large."

"nice and clean - large room"

In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

"Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited."

"Great place"

"We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...

"Amazing place. Was a little loud at night but then again it was during a Halloween party downstairs"

"The breakfast could have been better."

"This property reminded me of something that you might see in the Poconos. A very laid-back, rustic kind of room, absolutely nothing fancy, but everything was spotless and worked. A fair price for a clean and serviceable room."
