Aside from the AC which was not great, everything about this parador was lovely. Dinner in restaurant was nice with staff superb and reception staff brilliant too. Parking, pool and walkable to nice little village.

The hotel is situated right above the town (kinda on the outskirts), which means that it's got free and ample parking, feels very in touch with the natural surroundings (even though it's next to the highway, which you'd never know because it's so quiet), and is spacious throughout. The highlight of the stay was the pool/sauna area! Highly recommend! There are two pools and a sauna, all of which are similar to the kinds you'll see at other Parador properties, and are wonderful. Use of the facilities is included in your hotel fee, which isn't always the case at Paradors, so I highly suggest taking advantage of it while you're there. Not many eateries around, however, so you'll likely have to go into town if you want a meal outside of the hotel. We did breakfast, which was a bit expensive for what you got (~20 euros per person), but convenient and fine. We stayed here for three days while we explored the area and took half day trips out to other spots, and it was a perfect hotel for that, too. Finally, the price of the room per night was more than affordable for what you got. I recommend staying here if you're in the area.

We stayed in a few paradores this summer. This was different but really nice and beautifully situated. We had really good breakfast and ate one night at the restaurant where we had a nice dinner and very good wine. The town is 5 minutes away and on the way a winery with service in a beautiful garden. The pool area was also really good! Inside and outside pool. After check out the hotel let us stay in the pool area till we had to go to the airport, nice service!

Disappointing

Disappointing stay. It felt like a B grade Parador, with sections cordoned off. Room with view over motorway didn’t help. While loading cases into car, the grass sprinkler system came on, soaking me, my cases and the boot of the car. All round, just a bit tacky.

Gravi mancanze

Grosso problema con aria condizionata. Ho fatto presente immediatamente che aria condizionata non funzionava. Sono venuti ed in pratica hanno semplicemente attivato il motorino ma non l’affrescamento.Di notte ho aperto la finestra per avere un poco di fresco ma a questo punto i rumori del transito delle auto sulla vicina autostrada non mi hanno consentito di dormire. Insomma un soggiorno terribile

Dicen que tienen piscina climatizada, pero es mentira. Llegamos un dia a las 10,25 y tenian la cocina 'cerrada', no fueron capaces de ofrecernos una simple lata de aceitunas. Los empleados tienen muy poca 'sensibilidad' con los clientes.
