There was no breakfast , there was no hot water at all I let it run for a while but it never warmed The host was fine but no available It was clean , near the ferry and near some restaurants No shower was a big disappointment since we have been traveling for weeks

We were travelling from Syracuse to Milan and had a 7 hour stopover waiting for the night train from San Giovanni. This was a perfect haven being 10 minutes walk from the station/ ferry terminal which allowed us to get a shower and a few hours sleep. Friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check in. Room was air conditioned and comfortable and the shower was large and hot

Love this place !!!!!!!

WOW what a great place to stay !!! The host made us feel like family the whole time we were there. The location was perfect and the room was fantastic - every detail was spot on and worth twice the price. Hot shower, clean room and comfortable bed - it was just what we asked for !!!! Very convenient to everything and just the perfect spot to stay - we'll be back !!!

Fabio is an excellent host and his facility is clean and comfortable. A little small but still comfortable. Area locks dining options but the Japanese Sushi restaurant was excellent and his place is super close to the Ferries. I would recommend for 2 people for the night.

Generously sized rooms blocks away from the port

Transiting back from Sicily to Rome, we choose Civico7 as our crash pad for a night to avoid an exceptionally early departure from the other side. We just needed a place with beds and a shower, but this was much more with generously sized rooms, a nice lounge area just outside our suites, and a breakfast room with coffee and pre-packaged breakfast pastries. Open the fridge and apples, bananas and even lactose-free milk was available. Location was just 4 blocks uphill from the ferry port and train station, and we found a pleasant restaurants just to the north a block or two. Folks with limited mobility have to climb a few stairs to enter.

We loved our stay! The place was so quiet and comfortable. Everything was so clean. Fabio and his staff work very hard to give you the best experience. So kind. The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place.

The facility and owners are very welcoming and accommodating. We felt that we were staying in a relatives home by the way we were treated by Fabio and his wife. The rooms were clean and the building is conveniently located in village San Giovanni. A wonderful place to stay if you go there.

Amazing value for money

This was an amazing room, so big and modern. Bathroom was really big as well. Spotlessly clean. Slight hiccup on checking in but the owner was really nice about it. Easy walking distance from the train station.

Prisvärt boende för de som vill utforska regionen. Rummet var över förväntan och så städningen. Relativt nära tågstation och färjan till Sicilien. Allt fungerade. Området är kanske inte så roligt men för oss som gick tidigt och kom hem senare fungerade det bra.

Una piacevole sosta a Villa San Giovanni.

Personale cortese, ambiente moderno, confortevole e pulito. Posizione ottima per prendere il treno o il traghetto per la Sicilia. Abbiamo fatto una piacevole passeggiata a piedi lungo il lungomare per cenare a Cannitello guardando lo Stretto di Messina.
