"best steam turco. And as always, great customer service. At check-in, I had an issue because they couldn't apply my Gold status to the room upgrade, but I was able to communicate with Expedia via chat. After two attempts, they were able to speak to someone at reception. There are a lot of great people working there, including Alexis, Bonifacio, Carolina, Juan Carlos, Linda, and Fernando, among others."

"Be extremely careful with this hotel! My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers, especially foreign guests. During check-in, the staff asked me to sign a document, claiming it was only required for VAT exemption purposes for international tourists. Everything seemed normal, so I trusted their explanation. However, days later, I discovered a charge on my credit card for supposed “tour packages” that I never requested, never authorized, and that never even took place. At no point was I informed that the document could be used to apply additional charges. I feel completely misled, and I consider this practice highly deceptive and unethical. Carefully review every document before signing anything and closely monitor your credit card statements after staying here. I am sharing this to prevent other guests from going through the same situation."
