Very close to Tirano centre , quiet,clean, newly build rooms with a restaurant close by.The only issue was ( which seems like well known issue) , there are no taxis available,So if you are arriving without a car like we did, then good luck! Luckily The owner helped us to find a return taxi ..I would suggest to arrange a taxi through the owner before ur arrival.

The decription on Expedia was bed and breakfast. There is definately no breakfast. This property was in a lovely location with beautiful views, but not served well by busses. The property was clean but lacked facilites. There was a microwave but no plates or knives and forks. The restaurant oposite was lovely, food delicious and the owners very helpful.

Struttura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con self check-in e parcheggio, stanza piccolina ma con tutto il comfort necessario per trascorrere una notte. Comodissima la posizione 8 minuti in macchina da Tirano e dalla stazione del Bernina Express. Ristorante eccezionale proprio di fronte con cucina tipica, vegetariana e giapponese e con una cantina di vini da invidia. Tutto perfetto!!!

La struttura è nuovissima e molto curata oltre che pulita. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore che è stato risolto l'indomani. Essendo foresteria non era possibile fare colazione. Geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, modern, mit 24h Self Check-in. Unser Zimmer 4 war absolut sauber und frei von jeglichen Gerüchen, doch das grössere Zimmer daneben, welches uns grosszügigerweise ebenfalls angeboten wurde, wies leider den unangenehmen Tabakgeruch auf. Dies liegt zwar wohl an den Gästen, welche das Rauchverbot ignorierten, könnte aber auch durch die Gastgeber besser behandelt werden.
