"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."

"I booked a room for 2 nights and when I came to check-in, the hotel manager said there was no availability for the dates I had received confirmation for.
He suggested an alternative location for my stay far from my booked location in Juhu.
The hotel took my money and refused to issue a refund despite not staying there.
AVOID this SCAM hotel! "

The entrance area and the lift could be improved, as they did not reflect the quality of the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, including for women travelers.
