We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were very helpful, we requested to move rooms as ours was next to the service lifts so quite noisy during the night. Breakfast was lovely, lots of variety and the hotel is reasonably priced. Hotel is also in a great location for the marina. Id recommend not to bother with booking a transfer from airport to hotel as you can easily get an uber for ~€20.

Excellent location at just a two minutes walk from the marina and the beach. Great swimming pools. Great range of breakfast choices. Rooms could be updated but very clean and comfortable. Special mention of the room staff and restaurant staff. Great kids entertainment too. I fully recommend the Vila Gale.

Good location within walking distance of Marina and beach. Hotel lifts are really old and not for the faint hearted. Hotel is a little dated. Perfect for groups.

This was our second time at this hotel. The hotel is nice, and clean. Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thaina and Mariana, the outdoor entertainment girls were very outgoing and accommodating to our music requests. Poolside is much better with some music on:)

The property was well located a few minutes walk from the marina, restaurants, and bars as well as had excellent breakfast buffet, exercise classes, an indoor and outdoor pools and jacuuzzi. Didn't sample the dinner menu but another guest told me it was very good. Very relaxing environment with large lobby with comfortable chairs, bar and TV's playing sports. Reception and cleaning staff very helpful.

From the moment we walked thru the door till the second we left this hotel excelled in every respect. Warm welcome , hard working pleasant staff, great room and air con, pool plus facilities really good and food (breakfast in our case)was varied and really fresh and tasty. Our room was on the 7th floor & the view from the balcony was beautiful, beds were made everyday & fresh towels were provided too. The breakfast option was great with so many options. Its just a few minutes walk to the marina where you find great restaurants & bars not to mention shopping. I certainly would stay there again with a doubt. We even got a free goodbye drink the day before we left & met with the manager to give our views which was nice👌👌. You just cannot go wrong with this hotel, the staff are very helpful & polite too.

Good hotel in a convenient area with easy access to the marina and the beach. The bus stop is nearby too for exploring elsewhere. The hotel is well maintained and was a very relaxing place to stay. The room with views of the marina and sea was comfortable, with a balcony equipped with table and chairs. We were lucky that our room had the sun on the balcony all afternoon and we also had the sun setting in view as well. In the hotter months the sun might be a bit too much in the room but the air conditioning was very quiet, controllable and efficient. We had twin beds that were okay, my wife thought they were comfortable but I thought mine was too firm. The buffet food was of good quality and a good selection to choose from at breakfast and dinner. One thing I thought was poor was the siting of the grill where the chef cooked fresh items while you wait, it is in the centre of the hot food area and people queuing would block access to the other hot dishes on offer and some seemed a bit miffed having to move to allow you to get to the other dishes, I think they were afraid of losing their place in the queue and probably think you are pushing in. That really is the only thing I would fault. Being late season the evening entertainment was not much consisting mainly of a singer but its only a short walk to the marina with all the bars ect. Overall I would be happy to return
