My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe."

"A very beautiful hotel, perched on the side of the mountain offering beautiful views down into the valley and across to the mountains on the other side. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained. The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!"
