Nous n’avons tout simplement pas pu dormir dans le logement et avons dû partir un jour avant (sans remboursement) car il faisait trop chaud dans l’appartement et pas de ventilateur comme indiqué dans l’annonce. L’hôte n’a pas répondu à nos messages et nous avons perdu notre argent.

Nicht zu empfehlen Es begann mit dem undurchsichtigen Systems der Erlangung meines Zimmerschlüssels. Erst nach der einzigen möglichen Kontaktaufnahme über eine Handynummer wurde mit der Code für den entsprechenden Schlüsselkasten übermittelt. Das Eck-Zimmer (Appartement 3) war recht groß mit fünf Fenstern, die an vier Fenstern Rollos besaßen, die etwas zu schmal waren. Am fünften Fenster war gar kein Rollo mehr, sodass jeder reingucken kann. In der Küche befinden sich von vornherein gar keine Rollos oder Gardinen, sodass auch hier jeder zum Beispiel von gegenüber reinschauen kann. Ein abgerissenes Rollo lag hier im Fensterbrett, welches jedoch an besagten Fenster ohne Rollo, nicht in die dort übergebliebenen Halterungen passte. Vergeblich habe ich auch nach einem Badetuch gesucht. Lediglich Handtücher lagen auf den Betten. Auch ein Geschirrtuch, wie es in jede Küche gehört fehlte. Das alles monierte ich schriftlich über die angegebene Telefonnummer. Eine Antwort erhielt ich nie. Somit wurde auch die Beanstandung nie behoben. Und selbst auf die schriftliche Bitte das Zimmer um einen Tag zu verlängern (ein Umzug in ein anderes Hotel wegen einer Nacht wollte ich dann doch nicht), blieb unbeantwortet. Somit bin ich gefrustet und enttäuscht ausgezogen und kann bestätigen, dass ich - beruflich viel in Hotels unterwegs - selten von einem Aufenthalt in einem Hotel so enttäuscht war.

Le logement était propre et spacieux, correct pour le prix. Tout de même quelques points négatifs : - aucun mail à 24h de l’arrivée malgré nos tentatives via la plateforme Expédia et directement à l’hôte. Nous avons dû l'appeler à l’heure d'arrivée pour demander à recevoir le mail avec les infos. - pas de necessaire de toilette ni drap/drap housse pour le 2e lit, communication lente de l'hôte pour nous fournir le nécessaire qui se trouvait heureusement dans un placard à l'étage. - 1 seul papier WC pour 4 personnes pour 2 jours et pas de savon fourni comme dans l’annonce. - Logement mal insonorisé. On entend les bruits extérieurs (voitures, passants), les locataires du dessus et les enfants qui se retournent dans le canapé lit. - une TV sans accès aux chaînes locales - pas d'instructions pour débarrasser la poubelle. Le petit plus appréciable aurait été de fournir 2 dosettes de café à l’arrivée.
