"This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. "Arriving at the ultra modern hotel we were dubious but after easily parking (free) we entered the vast entrance and we were quickly allocated our room with balcony and offered a credit for the spa.
The room was modern and spacious with a very comfy bed. The fridge was filled with free drinks and in the morning breakfast was a dream. All the highest quality fixtures and fittings made this stay 5 star. "

"What a beautiful and historic hotel in the center of Gorizia! The folks at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. The wine bar is wonderful, the breakfast was lovely. It’s centrally located easy walking distance from public transit, sights, restaurant and bars. The room was odd (the building is very old!) but perfectly comfy! Highly recommend this hotel."

My recent business trip was made all the more pleasant by my stay here. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the design is a wonderful blend of old and new. The modernized rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, while the overall feel of the hotel, with its classical palace vibe, gives it a truly special character.
