"apparently when booking a room from a travel agency the hotel places you in the worst rooms available with no option to change. Instead of using the regular air condition system they place a floor to window swamp cooler in the room that is as loud as a big rig trunk. I am through with the holiday ..."

"The bed was old, lumpy, squeaky, and had a hammock effect on one side. Multiple pillows but all lumpy. No place to sit other than the bed only one corner chair that had holes like burnt and the material was hard that scratched my thighs"
