"Room price included airport transfer which was not honoured as driver was on mc on checkout day"

"It is good location and their service is very impressive. My room is clean. The receptionist is helpful and quickly response. "

"The staff were incredible, I had a really great stay. They helped me print documents, laundry was same day and only 26 ringgit for 6 days of laundry! The room is way nicer than what’s shown online."

"I don't like the room window and the toilet bowl cover not clean"

"Deep.cleaning in the room.and most especially the bathroom. The tub and the shower walls need to be scrub and disinfected thoroughly. We decided not to take a shower the next day. We use to love staying at Tiara when in Labuan. So shocked how the condition is with this hotel now. It pretty sad."

"Nice staff"

"Second time staying here. Absolutely love the view and the beach of this hotel. Definitely worth travelling a bit further out to get this experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and remembered me from my last stay, having my room ready before I even arrived. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint is the food at this resort, although I've heard the wood fired pizza is excellent, it wasn't available during my stay."
