"Conveniently located place in Victoria. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. The Palms restaurant and bar was nice, with good food and very nice prices on alcoholic beverages. We would recommend the place. Just be mindful of the area around downtown. As a first time visitor to Victoria, we were surprised by the number of drugged out, homeless people wandering around city hall."

"Our room in this hotel was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! 10/10. The staff were friendly and informative. The grounds were kept as well could be considering the high traffic neighborhood. The location was super convenient for public transportation use. The bar and restaurant were not very warm and inviting, more bright cafeteria style dining."
