"Hotel was easy to find, front desk staff were efficient and polite but be prepared to pay $20 a night for parking in tight spots. It is an older building with an odd smell with no soundproof between the walls so I had troubles sleeping the second night as the people next to me had the shower and tv going until 1am. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. "We like this hotel and have stayed there previously. This time a couple of things were a little bothersome.
The first night we had one hand towel but there were 2 of all the other types. No problem. Asked and it was taken care of right away.
Next day. Same thing.
On the second day there was still hair on the bathroom floor from the previous day.
The first night the bed did not have a light blanket on top. We made the room warmer so no problem. The next night there was a coloured lightweight...

"The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and when our flight was delayed they let us stay late and helped us get a taxi to the airport. Excellent location within walking distance to China Town, take out food, dining and shopping. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria!"

"Staff were to a person friendly, professional and very helpful. It is clear they take pride in their job as and are a strong team that communicates well. Restaurants and the Inner Harbour were in easy walking distance.

"Didnt include breakfast however the white spot is on site sonyouncan enjoybreakfast there... if you are looking for a quiet stay think again unless you enjoy the non stop traffic noise since you are right off the highway, even ear plugs dont help.
