"I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars but the room we got had the bedroom up on the loft and the only bathroom was downstairs on the main floor. It made it quite inconvenient to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night to use it. The main floor was actually spacious enough to put a king or queen bed and would have made our stay more pleasurable. The hotel location was ideal as it was in the middle of downtown and very accessible to all the shops and restaurants."

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Location was fantastic.
Although the room was bright it was actually very bright for sleeping. The sleeping loft was very warm & we couldn't seem to get the air-conditioning to work.
We could have used eye masks and ear plugs. The seagulls started squawking at 2 in the morning.
The deck patio was not very clean and the dead plant in the corner did not convey a nice comfortable atmosphere.

"Obviously not a tourist hotel just a private members club that allowed nonmembers to stay.
Dress code somewhat pretentious in this day and age when some of the best hotels in the world only require it for fine dining.
No coffee or water in room, unheard of these days.
The good points are, pristine bed linen ,

"The reception staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Judy welcomed us royally on Sunday and all staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay.

"The room was gorgeous and it was one of the easiest of the pet friendly places to check into with our dog. The balcony was lovely, could use a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy. We loved how convenient it was for walking—we were able to enjoy the harbour, parks, shopping, and amazing restaurants on foot. Hotel parking was expensive and street parking was limited or metered, so you will have to budget for the additional expense."

"First time staying in a hostel and I feel like this was a great choice. We got our own room. They seem to realize prioritize making people feel safe and comfortable. Hoping every hostel I stay at is like this. They provided breakfast and also dinner which I thought was super cool. We only stayed for 1 night. They did a song bingo in the bar that was a lot of fun. The room was incredibly hot but it did come with a fan."
