Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast.
Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops).

"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels!

"Myself and my 2 daughters had a 3 night stay at The Royal Leonardo Hotel for my 60th birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate with very comfortable king sized beds. The hotel sits on the seafront and is perfect for accessing the many bars and restaurants nearby and has direct access to The Lanes. We will definitely return for another stay very soon. "Great, affordable stay in a perfect location.
We booked a private double which was affordable, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy and the young local fellow at the desk was fantastic and sorted us out with recommendations.
The location is incredible for the price. Seconds walk to the pier and loads of great venues around for food and drinks.
The communal kitchen facility was well equipped, but perhaps in need of a good clean.

"Easy comms with the host. Location super convenient. Room clean (some wear & tear to be expected) Was able to purchase parking permit with ease through host. Enjoyed some time in the adjoining pub also run by property host who were very attentive and helpful. "
