Without any information to go on we can only provide some context for the period of your stay and what may have been contributing factors to your experience.During your stay, we did have bad power cuts that led to a water shortage over the weekend. We did make sure to inform all our guests of the situation and did our best to make a plan to provide water when we could.Your stay also coincided with our popular Saturday Sesh where we host a live DJ. We do make every effort to ensure our guests are aware of this and it is widely advertised on social media and our website.Best regards,

Hi Armand,Thank you for your rating and feedback.We are sorry you felt your experience was not to your liking. We have made every effort to ensure our rooms are comfortable and affordable. While you were staying in one of our Masasa rooms, which are a bit smaller than the Teak rooms, each of these is well equipped with a double bed, mosquito net, bedside tables and ensuite bathroom. Our housekeepers clean our rooms daily. Sheets are cleaned regularly with fresh ones on the beds for each new check-in. We have been having an issue with the iron leaving marks on our sheets, perhaps you may have had one of these.
