I made reservation for a suite ("One Double and One Twin Bed", as written in the reservation), but got a simple room with shower room (see the photos). When I complained, the man in charge told me that when publishing "suite" they mean "en-suite" shower and toilette. 2. The address, as appears in the reservation, is 850 Aerodrome. "This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating.
