"This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25...

"Freezing temperatures inside the apartment because the central heating comes on only between 5-10 PM. In the mornings the temperatures outside the apartment and inside were exactly the same - 47 F. Had to sleep with our hats, sweaters and tights on and still got sick from the cold. Asked the owner to give us a heater but received advise to keep the windows close, as if anyone would be keeping the windows open when its winter. After 4 days had to leave the property as everyone was getting sick...

"Loved the hotel, it was very clean. Staff was super friendly. Convenient location right by train station, bus station, and taxi stop. No complaints. There were even some good food options in the area. Also, close to grocery stores. Had a very good experience."

"O hotel é muito bom localizado próximo à galeria Borghese e ao centro de convenções de outro hotel. De nosso quarto podíamos ouvir um pouco de ruído vindo da rua. Que mais incomodou de barulho no entretanto foi a cama ou colchão cujas molas eram barulhentos."

Never stay here!
"How could they called 4 stars hotel.. 2 stars for me. The reception will not handle your luggage well. If you leave luggage upon check-in or check-out, they will let you go to the unlocked luggage room to do it by yourself. So, someone can take your luggage because there is no security camera. The room is so hot, air condition did not work well. The only good thing about this hotel is location... 5 mins walk to Termini Metro."
