"Hotel staff was very helpful in getting taxis almost immediately (not always easy to get one outside). I particularly appreciated that when I told them my father was coming in a few days, they arranged for him to be on the same floor. And they provided him with assistance during the stay. The welcome desserts when I arrived was a nice gesture."

"The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service. "
