Quel dommage

Un séjour qui sur le papier avait l'air bien, les photos de l'hôtel sont belles. Mais une fois sur place, on a droit à une chambre glacée où il faut plus d'une heure pour obtenir une température décente, des trous dans les draps, le lit à moitié fait. Dans la salle de bain le savon dans les distributeurs montés au mur est coupé à l'eau et donc aussi liquide que cette dernière, la douche est sale, j'ai retrouvé des poils du précédent occupant coincés dans le rideau de douche, il faut plus de 5 minutes pour obtenir de l'eau chaude, un vrai gâchis d'eau et l'évier est bouché. Pendant la nuit la tuyauterie se met à claquer à 5h du matin faisant un bruit pas possible. Et pour couronner le tout, la réceptionniste qui fait le check out le lendemain, ne dit ni bonjour, ni merci, ni au revoir! A éviter

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel pour le travail. Tout était parfait sauf le fait que les chambres télé restaurant ne sont pas assez chauffés à cette période de l’année. Très bien situé

Accueil pas très souriant. Chambre propre mais vétuste (volets en bois en très mauvais états, rideaux qui sont blancs à l'origine mais n'ont pas été lavés depuis plus de 10ans vu qu'ils étaient presque gris). Chambre mal insonorisée, j'ai entendu la télévision de la chambre voisine toute la nuit. Donc très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. J'éviterai d'y retourner.

Hôte très accueillant et serviable, en revanche insonorisation à revoir, bruits de portes de couloirs jusqu'à 1h du matin. Salle de bain refait à neuf, literie confortable mais des couettes avec housse seraient les bienvenues niveau hygiène à la place des couvertures...

Nuit après concert à MARCIAC

Bon accueil,la chambre était propre et la literie de bonne qualité.Nous avons apprécié le plateau de courtoisie.Bon wifi. Seul bémol , la clim ne fonctionnait pas et c'était sans doute la journée la plus chaude que la France n'est jamais connue.Dommage !!!

Sûrement un bel hôtel il y a quelques dizaines d’années mais maintenant... Quasiment pas de chauffage dans la chambre... Pour le restaurant, il fait plus penser à une cantine qu’autre chose, nourriture fade et trop salée.
