"So, I've come off of my excellent only due to a 'little communication' issue from the start of check-in and a staff shortage. Be clear, Maurizio was terrific, and there were a few cleaning staff sick. I had to wait for him to arrive and then it would be an hour for the room to be ready (100 degree weather) so I waited, came back, and the room was still not touched.
