Gentilezza e disponibilità della reception e del personale. Camere pulite e calde ( in inverno), bagno con doccia, bidet e wc, oltre a un caldo termosifone che riscalda molto piacevolmente gli asciugamani quando si esce dalla doccia. La qualità della colazione è discreta, da migliorare i succhi di frutta che sono veramente imbarazzanti per un hotel italiano. I parcheggi nei dintorni sono tutti a pagamento ma nei giorni festivi sono gratuiti. La posizione è buona perché l'hotel è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'Arena

Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier tranquille. À mi-chemin entre la gare et l'arène (à moins de 10 minutes de marche). Proche d'un arrêt de bus. Chambre propre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon, avec les basiques pour bien débuter la journée.

Very decent 3-star hotel in a convenient but quiet location. Efficient staff & spacious room in a solid building. The showerhead was leaking heavily but usable. Good supermarket nearby. Happy to stay again.

Mi experiencia fue buena en general. El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado a unos minutos caminando de la Arena de Verona, con súpermercado cerca, la cama es un poco dura, pero se descansa bien, no hubo ruido aún cuando la ventana da a una calle. Limpieza bien y la atención del personal también muy bien. Responden las dudas siempre. Buena actitud de todos.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the main town. The staff were very nice. The problem is that it was hot despite being late September. There was no working air conditioner, so we had to leave the window wide open for air. But then the street lights and very noisy traffic made it impossible to sleep. The hotel would probably be good in the winter, but was a bad choice for us in hot weather.

I had a short stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The shower was extremely small but with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was not memorable, but the courtyard where one can sit is lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy enough ~10 minute walk from the train station and from the hotel to the Arena.

A great value, convenient hotel

An excellent value hotel located between the train station and the historic town. The staff were nice and pleasant.

Great location, convenient between the train station and the centre of Verona. Slightly old fashioned feel to the hotel (leaving the key when you left the hotel, for example), whilst facilities were modern, but an excellent stay with helpful, friendly staff. Thank goodness for air conditioning, as it was hot whilst we were there!

Great location between train station and city center. Very clean and well-maintained. Staff was very polite and welcoming (except for the man who was the night receptionist). Easy stroll to the center of Verona. Good quality-price relationship. I would stay here again.Thank you, ladies at the front desk.
