Good hotel with good service
The room is nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast is also good. The location is not far from the train station, but the way to the hotel (from the station) is quite tricky and there's no clear sign. The main street leading to interesting points of Verona is not far away. In all, this is a good and convenient hotel to stay.

Bagno con vasca di difficile superamento per persone piccole di statura e anziani per fare la doccia. Caffè della colazione assolutamente sconsigliato come le altre bevande calde da macchine della sala: sempre fredde ed imbevibili. Il resto comunque ok.

L'albergo si presenta bene e il personale è stato gentilissimo. L'albergo ha un che di particolare ,un po teatrale. Purtoppo la mia stanza singola era troppo vecchia e piccola e in bagno c'erano dei problemi con aqua che usciva dalla doccia. Receptionist mi ha detto che certe stanze erano ristruturate e altre no. Probabilmente mi è capitata una non ristruturata. Però sicuramente tornerò.

room was not clean and even after house keeper clean it still not cleaned well no room facility ( no water no tea or coffee)

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite being told I'd have a king-sized bed, they stuck two single beds together. There were no power outlets near the bed, and when I complained, they tried to upsell me to a more expensive room. The hotel is outdated, and the staff were unfriendly. Overall, it ruined my vacation.

Posizione comoda, per chi come me, arriva in treno. Si raggiunge a piedi, in sicurezza, in 10 minuti Molto curato, la hall è veramente accogliente, piena di divani e arredamento d’epoca. Stanza spaziosa (matrimoniale), bagno pulito con asciugamani, accappatoio e prodotti per il bagno. Pantofole incluse. La sala per la colazione è al piano -1. Sala molto grande, bisogna cercare un tavolo disponibile. Alle 9.30 la sala era piena. Probabilmente orario di maggior afflusso..Abbiamo chiesto e atteso qualche minuto la pulizia del tavolo occupato in precedenza. Al distributore del caffè mancavano le tazze grandi e i cucchiaini ma, richiesti al personale, sono stati subito portati, come pure i bicchieri al distributore delle bevande. A parte questo, sono stata in generale molto soddisfatta dell’albergo. Prenotato all’ultimo momento su Expedia (prezzo inferiore rispetto ad altri motori di ricerca 👍) , camera più colazione, mentre la tassa di soggiorno di 3,50€ pagata in loco. Per chi volesse, c’è anche la palestra, pulita spaziosa, luminosa e con macchinari nuovi.

I had a great experience. Everything was great, although Iwasnt very happy about loads of people smoking at the entrance not a very good first impression. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. It would be fantastic to have a pool somewhere in the structure. I loved the interior design.

The wonderful staff made this a good stay.
Chose this place because it was close to the train station and I was coming and going by train. It is about a 15-20 minute walk into the very centre of the city around the Arena. The whole city area is walkable from here. Overall a good stay due to some fantastic staff, especially in the bar. Breakfast was good and well layed out. Room and bathroom nice and clean. Very quiet, so made for a good sleep. Room was nice and spacious. A couple of issues though, powerpoints and charging points are difficult to find and awkwardly placed. The wifi was shocking, about the worst I've experienced. Upload was fine, but trying to open an email or a web page was mostly impossible, so I had to use my mobile data. The shower is a strange awkward design. It would be very difficult for a large person to fit through the 'entry'. I tried to watch a bit of TV one night, but the volume is restricted and I gave up trying to hear what they were saying. Fix up those issues and would be 5 stars
