Hi, it is a shame that you could not appreciate our place. It is a rent a room. Therefore we do not have a reception. If we would, the prices would grow up. The place we are ist not amazing, but we try to compense with our nice and clean rooms! Best wishes Elisa, SImona and Dominique

Hello, thank you so much for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with you. We would just specify one thing. The distance from the station is a 15 minutes walk. There are 2 buses they bring you at a 3 minutes walk to our place. Maybe you did not receive the correct information. Anyway best weshe ! Thanks again! Elisa, Simona and Dominique

Hello, thank you for your review. We are not living at our place and we need to arrange check in time with our guests. We do check in from 2 pm to 8 pm. After 8 pm it is possible to organize self check-in. But we need to arrange this before. We hope to see you again in Verona. Elisa and Dominique

Guten Tag, besten Dank für Ihren trotz allem positiven Kommentar. Manchmal machen wir Fehler und müssen uns besser organisieren. Unsere Zimmervermietung soll eine preiswerte Lösung sein für Gäste, die unsere wunderschöne Stadt besuchen und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum übernachten möchten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 200 m entfernt. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, das stimmt. Aber man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir hoffen, Sie wieder bei uns empfangen yu dürfen. Wir werden Ihnen beweisen, dass wir es auch besser machen können! Mit freundlichen Grüssen Elisa und Dominique
