The staff was very friendly at front desk, no problems there. cleaning service was ok. but not in great condition. and absolutly no sound proofing neighbor rooms sound like they are in your room with you. the second room we stayed in stunk so bad we couldnt stay there. the room they switch us too was better but...

"Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!"

"We stayed 2nights for $423 including a dog charge $25. The photos seemed fine but it old, dusty, the room carpet wasn't cleaned, the door & floor has a huge gap & the noise from the hallway was loud. I used the pool but the water must be old & smelling bad. I wish they included breakfast at this price, rather than offering Denny's option at $15-20/person. To be fair, I would pay this type of facilities around $120 if continental breakfast was included."

"Very clean and fresh. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Only issue is coffee machines dont work in many rooms, so people were lining up in the lobby coffee machine."

"Front desk was friendly, easy check in. Clean room, it was actually a beautiful clean room. But the cleaning staff sucked cleaned our room 1 out of 5 days, made beds 2 times and that was it. microwave started sparking and the cleaning staff tried to blame us for it. was supposed to get a refund for the bad disrespectful service but still 10 days later have not seen a dime back. For the amount of money we put out for the five days on a long weekend it was not good service. :("

"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. To top it all off, the staff have zero respect for paying guests. Long before checkout...
