"The hotel is undergoing renovations. This should be on the website instead of people finding out when they arrive. Hallways, elevator, lobby were dirty. The exterior had old fixtures (bathtubs, toilets ,etc) piled up out front. The hotel was filled with teams of young people who were extremely loud and running down the hallways. The staff should have clearly laid out the expectations of not disturbing other people staying there and enforcing it. Not happy!"

"Not recommended. Room close to adjoining restaurant was subject to constant music all until 10pm. Older outdated hotel and furniture. Staff unpleasant and not customer oriented. Some of the pool areas were not working."

"My room had multiple cobwebs throughout especially on the lamp. The door also did not lock properly to the point of having to leave a chair in front of it just to have a some what decent sleep. The floor also seemed to have dirt and dust on like it had not been cleaned. If I could give no stars I would. "

"The location advertises a hot tub both on the Days Inn site and on third party sites. And there is a large sign in front of the hotel saying there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub. I told the front desk staff that I booked this place partly because there was a hot tub which I wanted for after skiing. She said they had just removed the hot tub and that there were no longer ads for it ... but there were. My shower faucet was so stiff that I could barely turn on the water ... needs a new cartridge. I told the same staffer about this and she said it was fixed recently. It was not. I fixed one at home so I know what it feels like when you have a 30 year old cartridge and this one was worse than that. The breakfast was rather bleak. They had plain bread (white or whole wheat) and cereal (2 choices) and a few muffins and Eggo waffles and yogurt. There were potatoes and sausages but not much other stuff. Not much variety. Only plastic cutlery. Hard to figure out the water. Pretty cheap breakfast. I guess that's what you get at Days Inn. I'm glad I had some additional breakfast food in my room."

"It was wonderful staying there. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Food was fantastic in both the restaurant and pub. The relatives that I alerted to stay there all showed up so the cafe got used quite a bit. I know where I am staying in the future when I need to visit Vernon BC. "
