Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. "Very nice property, excellent restaurant, good service except our room was not cleaned. We stayed for two nights and there was a wedding party each night. Quite noisy and disturbing until very late in the night or rather early in the morning. It is a pity our stay at this beautiful stylish property suffered from the above. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)"
