Visited from Denver, CO. Took my parents to spend a few days in Kerala. Very satisfied with the trip. I really liked the transportation arrangements they made for us to go to the temple and visit close by attractions.

we booked a club room at respectable prices believing that we would get a decent room . the first room that we were given had an outdoor terrace that we shared with pigeons and pigeon poo and chuckling all day and night . we were then on complaint given another room but fronting their outdoor party ...

Nice and clean room. Excellent breakfast! The room tv didn’t work, we escalated few times without any success. Also, had an issue with spa booking but it worked at the end and the massage was worth it.
