It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. "This is a lovely hotel run by a fantastic team who go above and beyond to make your stay very special. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view across to the mainland. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of freshly prepared food and drink. "Great location close to plenty of restaurants & only 10 minutes to walk to the airport bus. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable & there was plenty of storage. Staff were friendly and there is a lovely lounge area with sea view you can use by reception. If windows were closed, room was very quiet. "The private pool was amazing. The whole experience was a delight. The only slight criticism was that the lifts take 3-4 passengers without luggage and one is usually out of order with queuing, but it helps with the diet to use the stairs! Great hotel"
