So I stayed here for an airport transfer, and the staff were super helpful. The room was also very comfortable, and I got some much needed sleep before my early morning flight.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only problem here is parking is very limited since you can only park on the front and side of the property. But I would highly recommend this place because the rooms were clean and service is amazing.

Good for short stay
We had a late flight so we’re looking for a hotel close to the airport as the hotel fir the rest of our stay was located much further. The front desk staff were amazing, very courteous and polite. The room was quite big and clean as was the bathroom but it is a bit run down. It was perfect for our 1 night stay and breakfast was also decent. All the staff are friendly and professional, no complaints really and the hotel price is very reasonable so happy with what we paid for it.

Poppa G`s Pleasant Stay At The H.Q. Hotel
The H.Q. staff was absolutely professional and friendly. The room was quite pleasant and marvelously comfortable. My Deluxe room rate included breakfast and dinner which means that the meals are included in the price of the room. My visit was for 5 days and all of the food was hearty and delicious. Also the hotel is within walking distance of my business meetings which made the walk splendid for me. Definitely...The H.Q. Hotel will receive my business again via Hotels.com.

Hotel is clean, relatively modern and close to the airport. Service is good. Not in a great area of Goa but for its price it is a good option if want to stay close to airport.

Great hotel, attentive staff.
Hotel is of a high standard and staff are super friendly and attentive. The area is not pretty and is more of a functioning port town than a touristy kind of place. Good location if you need an overnight near the airport.

Do not waste your money
Terrible experience at the hotel. Completely unconcerned staff with no manner or etiquettes. Bad food, worst service! I did a mistake choosing this hotel. Not worth the tarrif they charge Unnecessarily expensive Horrible!

Schimmel überall
Schreibe sonst nie Reviews, weil ich meistens mit den Ratings konform gehe. Dieses hotel hat mich aber so negativ überrascht, dass ich was schreiben muss. Schon in der Lobby riecht es muffig. Der Hammer war aber mein Zimmer. Soviel schimmel habe ich bislang noch nie erlebt! Absolut gesundheitsgefährdend und unbeschreiblich mies. Frühstück ebenfalls zum abgewöhnen. Enzig positives das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Der Manager bedrängte mich nach meiner Beschwerde aber sehr, vor seinen Augen eine Bewertung zu schreiben! Kommen daher die noch relativ guten Bewetungen?

Arrived very early morning
From the doorman to the porter to the front desk, they made me feel like I was the most important customer. They even brought me a chilled nectar drink to help me relax. The room was intended short term and was nicely appointed, but I could have stayed there longer.

Good hotel close to the airport. However for tourists I would recommend to go to a hotel close to the beach.

Convenient stop for early flight
Room spacious and clean there's a decent pool on the roof but the rest of that floor is derelict which is wierd. There's a gem of an Asian restaurant on the 1st floor! Not advertised anywhere which is a shame ..think most people have room service. There's nothing around the hotel to do or see but it was near airport and the hotel arrange shuttle for 300 rps

Stay away
Dreadful, ceilings have obviously come down and been patched up. Reception staff haven't got a clue. Had to get Restaurant mgr to sort our taxi to Airport. Had prebooked at Reception earlier in the evening. Never booked, then still waiting after 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs!!

A decent hotel near the airport for my 3:30am arrival to Goa. Breakfast is offered but I slept through it. Rooms are clean and comfortable although there is a bit of mildew in the bathroom.

Good hotel for catching night time airplane
Second time I stayed at the HQ. The hotel is about 10 min away from GOI airport and a great place to spend the day if leaving very late/very early.

Booked only 1 night for an early morning flight from airport. Room service was great food and good value. only 10 mins from Airport.

Disappointing
Our experience with the staff at check-in set us off right away. Every step of the check-in process involved multiple steps, which was frustrating, because all we were hoping for was to get to our room to relax after traveling. Later, we ordered a taxi, for 15-20 min from when we needed it, and they began calling our room from 5 minutes on telling is the taxi was there and leaving momentarily, that we needed to hurry. They called up in that same period of time, additionally to tell us we owed them 500 rupees for a legit reason, but we found it very rude to be reminded of money we knew we owed and assumed we would need to pay at check out.

The HQ is a lovely hotel close to the airport
I had a wonderful experience at The HQ. The staff at this hotel were more than wonderful and very helpful when it came to airport transfers and making urgent phone calls. I also received a room upgrade which was perfect and much needed after a busy few weeks in India. Thank you HQ for going above and beyond to serve your customers!!!

Hotel close to airport
The hotel is in a poor state of repair with plaster falling off the walls and the bottom of the bathroom door was rotten. We were the advised that the restaurant was open to clients of the hotel but when we arrived we were turned away because there was a 'private party going on', we were then ushered into another room which had a buffet, in actual fact it was fine but not what we expected. We had to leave the hotel at 05.15 to catch a plane, at 04.45 we received a room call asking if they could check the mini bar!! So much for trusting their clients. Also Internet connection was very slow.

Hôtel bien situé pour un accès rapide à l'aéroport
Personnel accueillant, chambre confortable, calme sur l'arrière. Transfert gratuit et efficace à l'aéroport. Bon barbecue sur la terrasse, un peu trop cher.

Great Hotel
The service, amenities, cleanliness of hotel room (except the bathroom smelled of cigarettes) was very good. However, the breakfast buffet left more to be desired. Meal prices for the hotel restaurants were very pricey as well. Overall, I would stay here again, I recommend this hotel

Wonderful service and great rooms.
Close to airport, rail and bus terminals, the staff were kind, courteous and considerate. Comfortable beds, all you need from a room, free wifi and a free drop off at the airport at 6 am.

Comfortable Stay, Attractive Rooms
Good value, comfortable stay. Friendly Helpful Staff. Would definitely recommend, but............ The wi-fi was not working during our stay which was quite a big problem for us as we needed to book onward travel. There were no internet cafes in the area but eventually the reception staff agreed to let us use the managers computer. I would also not recommend the grill restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. Food was OK-ish but equally good & better food is available in the area for much less
