"Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to...

"객실은 나름 청결하며. 직원들도 친절해요. 수영장은 바닥 청결상태가 조금 부족했으며 조식은 괜찮았어요."

"Location. Was optimal. Could walk to everything. Was really really convenient "

"We had a room with a mountain view, which is also the pool view. View was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The room was generally clean, with the exception of stains on the rug, bath mat, and robe. Breakfast was ok, with a decent number of options, but much of it was gone by 9:30am (breakfast ended at 10am) and most of the hot food was only lukewarm. "

"Management not ok 😠😒"

"Le personnel est disponible et prêt à aider le client quand il le faut. L’endroit est calme relié par un pont au centre ville.La vue est belle depuis le restaurant et les chambres. Beaucoup de restaurant à proximité. Pas assez de choix au petit déjeuné.Dommage ce n’ai pas un buffet. Pour un 4 étoiles ça fait très juste."

"Schöne ruhige Oase. Tolle Aussicht auf den See. Abendessen gut, Frühstück ok, Kaffee schlecht"

"Beautiful hotel located on the river banks. Great river views from our room. Amazing swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. The riverside restaurant is a great place to eat. The staff are charming and helpful, and I was fortunate enough to meet the GM, who very kindly arranged our transfer to the train station. We will certainly return to this charming hotel!"

"Location is good. near river, shopping street and food. the place still up conuntry so have a lot of dust. "

"A pleasant family environment. Nice and quite."

"The room still has old dust and webs around corners and bedside tables. Towels are too old and ragged."
