พนักงานบริการดีมากๆ เเฟนไม่พอใจสภาพห้องที่จองตั้งเเต่ครั้งเเรก ทางผู้จัดการโรงเเรมเปลี่ยนให้พักห้องเเพงกว่าที่จองโดยไม่คิดเงินเพิ่มเลย ยอดเยียมมาก

Not the greatest but ok
We came in around 22:00 to the hotel and the hotel staff was not so welcoming to us. Room is not so impressive, the bed was uncomfortable. This place definetely need a renovation. Oh the pool was nice.

Nice pool but don't book transportation with them.
The place is decent. However, I booked a transport to Luang Prabang for 125 000 and I told them I knew a hotel nearby that charged only 100 000 for the same trip. They responded that their company provided a much better bus that drove on better roads than the rest. Sounded good to me. But when I came to the bus I met my friend that told me about and paid the other price. So my recommendation is to NOT BOOK TRANSPORTATION with them, they felt perfectly comfortable lying right to my face.

한국인들이 절대 가면 안 될 곳!!
첫날 늦게 도착했는데 정문쪽에 가로등이 하나도 없어 찾기 힘들고 교통이 불편했음. 구관은 냉장고 없으니 참고하세요. 다음날 예약시 항목에 있던 냉장고가 없다고 말하니 신관으로 바꿔주었는데 방의 퀄리티가 다름. 호스트가 영어발음을 잘 못해서 소통이 어려움. 숙소에서 액티비티 및 차량 예약시 바가지 요금이니 주의!! 대략적 가격 물어보면 예약해둘테니 나중에 돈 지불하라고 하고는 길거리 여행사보다 절반이상 가격 추가로 붙였다는거 알고 취소한다고 하니 절대 취소해주지 않으니 조심하시길.

Way to far away
This hotel was not anywhere near worth the price. Management are hopeless and they don't clean your room for you unless you clearly state it every morning. Wouldn't recommend to stay here

Extrem unfreundlicher junger Schnösel am Empfang
Für die erste Nacht habe ich ein schönes Zimmer bekommen. Mein Fehler war weitere zwei Nächte zu buchen. Die haben mir die schlechteste Hütte gegeben die es hier gibt. Ich hätte lieber das Hotel wechseln sollen. Das Zimmer hat 14 m², nicht wie angegeben 23. Mit Bad und Balkon kommt man auf 22m²

Excellent value for money
Great little hotel that was excellent value for money. Huge rooms with nice big bathrooms. Little place to sit on balcony and benefits from an outdoor pool. 5 minute walk to main town. The walls are a little thin though.

The only thing I disliked was the Vietnamese staff
The only thing I disliked was the Vietnamese staff. He treated me badly and put me in shame in front of other guests. I did not know that one guest could order only one menu for breakfast so I order fried egg. And I also ordered a bowl of noodle. Then he pointed his finger at my stomach and said to me that "You are already full" in front of many people. Then I said okay and walked back to my table. Later I think he felt guilty and came back and asked me politely if I still want noodle. But I said no and told him that I was alright. Anyway, the location was really nice and the room was cozy. Except one thing that I felt disappointed about. PS. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago (the hotel ran by a local) but this time I guess it was taken over by the vietnames.

Ruhiges Hotel abseits vom Trubel
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Unterhaltungsmeile, ist also ruhig. Wer 15 Minuten Fußweg nicht scheut ist hier richtig. Und der Pool ist gut. Das Frühstück ist eher durchschnittlich, im Ort gibt es Alternativen.

Fint hotell som ligger lite avskilt från allt festande inne i stan, men är ändå nära till barer och restauranger. Stor pool som har sol hela dagen, tyvärr var den inte väldigt ren. Daglig städning på rummet om man så önskar (man får be om det i receptionen och lämna in nyckeln). Vi hade ganska mycket myror på rummet, men annars var det väldigt fräscht!

24시간 체크인이라고 되어있었는데 아니였음. 새벽에 도착했는데 불꺼진 데스크 들어가서 코골고 자는 주인아저씨 깨움. 직원들 영어도 잘 못해서 불편했음. 좋은 점은 풀장. 근데 나 여기서 수영하고 결막염 걸림. 그리고 시내랑 좀멈. 가격대비 평타

Beautiful setting, nice pool.
Nice bungalow and rooms, and great pool with a view of the rice fields. Hotel is not located on main area of town or the river, but is just a short walk away. This makes it a quieter area, which I prefer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Typical breakfast buffet with a small menu of items, i.e. omelet, french toast, etc... I have no complaints, it was nicer than I expected and many places I've stayed throughout SE Asia. I'll stay here again if I return to Vang Vieng.

Great Affordable Hotel
this is a newly renovated hotel.Our tut driver mistook the V V Riverside Boutique Hotel for this. This happens frequently. Reception was great with an owner who speaks good English. It is a short stroll across the "airfield" to the main tourist street. Shower was very good. The garden landscaping was in the middle of being established and will be beautiful when the plants have had a chance to grow. Breakfast was limited but adequate which was the only downside- but great limited price accommodation.

Not as expected.
Our booking was not found, but we had a copy on smartphone. We were shown 3 different rooms that were not what we booked, unappealing and dirty. In the end the hotel gave us a credit to accept a lower quality room.

시내에서 좀 거리가 있지만 그다지 불편하지 않아요.
가격대비 괜찮아요. 전체적으로 조용하고 수영장도 이용가능해서 구웃~~ 가격에 만족 조식은 soso~~ 시내에서 조금 거리가있고요. 냉장고 없어요.

직원은 친절 청결도는 별로
풀장 있는 곳을 찾다가 타 호텔보다 저렴해서 선택했어요. 정말 조용하고 시골집같은 느낌은 좋고 풀장도 조용하고 놀기 괜찮았어요. 그런데 청결도는 방문 여니 곰팡이 냄새와 베게에서 땀냄새나고 얘기하니 베게커버는 바꿔주고 직원들은 친근하고 친절하고 좋았답니다. 아직 라오스란 나라 자체가 한국의 청결도에 비교할만한 곳은 아닌거 같아요. 그들에겐 최선인..청결도 조식이 부실했네요. 그리고 시내에선 좀 멀어서 나갈땐 걸어가고 올땐 툭툭이 타고 왔답니다. 그래도 즐거원 추억만들었답니다.

If you like ants you'll love it here!
The only redeeming quality of this place was the pool which was clean and a nice amenity. Our room was infested with ants and they got into everything. Do not bring any food or packaging into your room. The staff were satisfactory, when we could find them. There was construction happening while we were staying there, so it was hard to enjoy the pool during the day with all the noise. We had our laundry done there, but some articles of clothing were missing when it came back, and we haven't been able to get them back or even get a response from the hotel. Would not recommend paying them to do your laundry. Overall, the quality and service was about what we'd expect from a hotel half the price.

조용함
위치는 메인거리와 조금 떨어져있어서 불편했지만 북적북적하지 않고 조용해서 좋다. 남자 3명이라 3싱글베드로 예약했지만 어이없게도 첫날은 방이 없다며 더블베드에 싱글베드인 방을 주었고 다음날 3싱글배드룸으로 바꿔줬다. 첫날 묵은 방은 바로 뒤가 라오스 현지인 집과 바로 붙어있어 새벽부터 닭울음소리가 심해 잠을 설쳤지만 바꿔준방은 괜찮았다. 수영장은 사진과는 너무 다르게 수질관리도 안돼보여서 들어가고싶지 않았고 리조트 증축으로 공사중이어서 숙소 주변이 조금 어수선했는데 예약시에도 공사 공지를 안해준건 아쉬운 부분이었다. 방비엥에 다시 방문한다면 뷰가좋고 접근성이 좋은 다른숙소로 예약하고싶다.

호텔직원은 매우 친절했고, 세탁서비스도 이용할수 있어서 편리했습니다. 도시자체가 작아서 숙소위치가 크게 불편하지는 않았지만 중심가에서 좀 떨어져있어서 밤늦게 다니면 좀 무서울듯하네요. 단점은.. 방충망이 부실해서인지 방안에 모기가 많았고, 조식이 부실했네요.

정말 솔직한 후기..
2박3일동안 이숙소에서 지냈습니다. 일단 라오스 숙소가 그렇게 좋은편은 아니라고 듣긴했습니다. 저도 싼가격에 다니는 배낭여행이라 그렇게 좋은숙소를 찾은것도 아니지만 여기는 완전 최악입니다. 일단 라오스사람이 운영하는 곳도 아니고 중국사람이 운영합니다.. 일하는 사람도 현지인이랑 대화가 안되서 영어로 의사소통하구요.. 호텔곳곳에 중국인이 운영하는 티가 엄청나구요 일단 방청소같은건 기대안하셔야되구요 처음맞이하는 방도 침대에 머리카락있고 화장실도 더럽고 완전 지금이글을 쓰면서도 생각나서 몸이 근질근질하네요.. 정말 최악입니다 절대가지마세요..수영장? 사실저도 수영장에서 놀고 시간도보내려고 간건데.. 물완전더럽고 이물질막떠다니고 관리도안되고 조식? 토스트 시리얼 과일2개 계란으로만해주는 요리 선택하나 끝입니다 아 커피. 조식먹는곳도 썩어있는 물웅덩이 옆에있어서 이상한 냄새나고..그냥 가지마세요 제가 귀찮아서 막 이런후기 안쓰고 그러는데 태어나서 처음으로 후기라는걸써봅니다. 또다른 피해자가 안나왔으면 하는바램으로..

다시 방비엥 와도 또 오고 싶은 곳!
사람들 다 너무 친절하셨고 방비엥 다시오면 또 여기에 묵고 싶습니다. 중심가에서 약간 떨어져있긴하지만 5분이면 갈수있고 수영장도 좋고 숙소도 좋았어요

Useless staff, good pool
Problem after problem with our room. We have lived in Asia for 2 years previously and are now travelling for 3 months, I can honestly say the service and the ability to service is at Asias lowest end. The girl in the office goes in circles without actually solving anything. This place has so much potential with good staff employed not with most of the current staff! Housekeeping staff and 1 other guy seem to do all the work. It has a great pool. Worst than fawlty towers!

조용하고 묵기에 좋았습니다. 그리고 매니저님과 직원 분들 모두 친철히 대해주셨습니다.
방비엥 시내와 가까우면서도 (도보15분) 어느정도 거리가 있었기 때문에 조용하고 묵기에 좋았습니다. 발코니가 있는 더블룸에 묵었었는데 청결하고, 방이 넓고 발코니는 느낌이 있어 좋았습니다. 또한 직원 분들 모두 친절히 대해주셔서 묵는동안 감사하였습니다.

Pretty average hotel
The staff was very nice and helpful but the room left a lot to be desired. The TV cable did not work any day during our stay. The beds were rock hard and we woke up sore (we have been sleeping on beds all over SE Asia for months). The toilet hose leaked all over the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom had room for improvement. The hot water, air con and wifi all worked well. We got lost with GPS trying to find the hotel, the name we booked under is a hotel downtown where you will be taken for breakfast, this one is past the airstrip down a dirt road with a sign for another place. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the town and there is a good Italian restaurant right around the corner from it. Vang Vieng is pretty dirty so I wouldn't expect other hotels to be much different than this, it's fine enough for a few nights.

Appalling
We booked this place as the photos we had looked at on trivago were for somewhere different. When I clicked on the link to go through to hotels.com to confirm the booking, it was for the Phongsavanh resort which I unfortunately didn't realise until a day later. We turned up & staff couldn't find our booking & so put us in a $20 room as opposed to a $40 room. The hotel is still sbufing site and so we had to clamber across the mud, debris & dodge the uncovered deep man holes. The 'private balcony' looked out onto a mud field used as the laundry drying area& the area used for scrap storage. We finally managed to speak is phone to the hotel manager. They then found our reservation & offered us the room we had paid for. An extra single bed took up all the floor space & it smelt damp. We refused it. We left for the afternoon, found somewhere much cheaper & nicer to stay & checked out at 8am. The builders had been working since 7am so it was nice to get away!

立地が中心部より離れており移動に徒歩は若干面倒ではある。レンタル自転車がホテルにあれば良いが、置いてはなく、中心部で借りる必要がある為、最低１度は徒歩での移動が必要となる。ホテルの場所も似た名前のホテルがある為、道を聞いても間違った場所を案内されるので注意必要。部屋に関しては中心から離れているにも関わらず、広くはなく、手狭で清潔度も悪かった（清掃が行き届いていない）。wifiに関してもレセプションのみしか利用できず、速度も遅い。simを購入する事をお勧めする。おそらく同じ金額で同程度の中心部のゲストハウスが宿泊できる為、この評価。
