"Located was perfect for our stay. Very close to the train station making getting from the airport and around town super easy. Also very close to Stanley park, gastown and downtown. Staff at check in and house keeping were very friendly. Unfortunately our sheets were stained but the service team quickly rectified this and compensated us with a free breakfast which was very appreciative. The service as ocean 999 was subpar. We felt like we were ignored. We had to go up and asked multiple times...

"Great location, nice comfy beds, very clean. Really enjoyed it there. Thank- u"

"Id say this was a fairly nice hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool seemed cool but wasn't all that private - you would be swimming infront of the lounge or restaurant. Gym was very nice however one thing that let it down for me was the charge for valet parking at $60 a night. considering places like the Opus will often charge me 0$ id probably expect no more than $40 or an option to self park close by in their secure lot."

However, we...

"All good."

"Great service Wonderful hospitality Good Breakfast"

"Check-in at this hotel was incredibly difficult and frustrating. As a blind traveler with a guide and service dog, I was shocked when staff demanded certification or threatened to charge me a pet fee for two animals. I explained British Columbia's provincial legislation regarding service animals and what a hotel can legally ask, but the staff ignored the law. Under duress, I reluctantly provided my IGDF and ADI IDs. The staff member took them and walked away for 10 minutes without my permission,...
